When I was in my teen I lived in New Jersey where Jazz was ubiquitous on radio stations out of New York and the northeast, I was hooked and it helped shaped my musical tastes and sensibility . Still a teen I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in the early 60’s where jazz wasn’t accessible on the radio until, some where in the mid sixties, ‘All Night Jazz’ came on the radio, giving me and thousands of people in the TB Area and beyond access to jazz. I’m 75 years old now and still listening. Please don’t end this wonderful home grown radio program from playing music that is part of our American heritage.
